Last updated: May 5, 2026

These terms apply to use of the Chicago Property Tax Group client portal and related online tools.

Authorized use

The portal is provided for authorized clients, firm staff, and approved representatives. You are responsible for keeping your login access secure and for notifying us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

Portal information

The portal may display property records, appeal information, document links, invoice metadata, payment status, and related account information. Some data may come from third-party systems, public records, accounting systems, or government sources and may not update in real time.

No replacement for official records

Portal information is provided for convenience and workflow support. It does not replace official tax bills, assessment notices, board decisions, court records, engagement agreements, invoices, or direct written communications from Chicago Property Tax Group.

Read-only billing visibility

Billing and invoice information shown in the portal is for visibility only unless a page expressly states otherwise. QuickBooks remains the billing system of record.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, copy information for unauthorized purposes, or use the portal in violation of applicable law.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portal features at any time. We may restrict access when needed for security, maintenance, account administration, or legal compliance.
